I grew up in the construction world and spent several years of my real estate career immersed in new construction here on Whidbey Island. I utilize my extensive knowledge of the building process, remodeling and experience in dealing with vacant land, to help clients purchase raw land, build, or fix up their homes. If you are relocating from out of the area, and cannot be present for showings, you can feel confident in your purchase through the in-depth videos I provide you, that break down the home piece by piece. You will see every detail, every upgrade, every flaw of the home. I will focus on not only helping you understand the layout, but will show and talk you through the condition of the space, the feel of it, the materials and processes used to build, upgrade or repair the home and what condition everything is in. I test fixtures, open cabinets, drawers and doors, explore under/above (if accessible) and all around the exterior of the home. At the end of the process, I want you to walk in to your new home and feel as though I represented it accurately, so there are no unwelcomed surprises.

I was born and raised right here, so I’ve seen the island grow and transform over the last 35 years – I love Whidbey, and plan to continue to call it home for many years to come. I have a 9 year old daughter, Ambria, and adopted our 7 year old daughter, Amalie, in 2016 on her second birthday! I enjoy snowboarding and traveling, and have played the piano for over 30 years.
