As an agent, I believe I can make your real estate experience simple, easy, honest and fun. Whether buying or selling, I will take the time to sit down and go over what you are hoping to accomplish during your transaction, how you want to go about the search or sale, and different, innovative ways to get you to your final goal. I will work for YOU throughout the entire process; investing the hours and creativity needed to get your home sold, or to get you in the home that is right for you. I believe in open communication with my clients and am committed to being readily available at any time for your questions and concerns during the entire process.

As a life-long resident of Whidbey Island, I have extensive knowledge of the community, the different areas and neighborhoods, and can provide you with useful information, tips and advice throughout your entire process. To me, listening to my clients, getting them in to their dream home, or out of their home quickly so they can move on to the next, is the thrill of my job. I find the whole process fun and always like a good challenge. This isn’t just a career for me, it’s my livelihood and I believe that makes the difference when selecting someone to represent you in any of your transactions in life – especially Real Estate.

I grew up in the construction world and spent several years of my real estate career immersed in new construction here on Whidbey Island. I utilize my extensive knowledge of the building process, remodeling and experience in dealing with vacant land, to help clients purchase raw land, build, or fix up their homes. If your listing needs extra attention, repairs, or updating prior to listing, to help you maximize your full potential profit, but time, money or being overwhelmed by where and how to go about getting them all complete, you need not worry. I sit down and determine, with you, the best plan, coordinate all work, pay for it up-front (if needed) and reimburse myself after closing, with no additional cost to you. No fees, no interest, no added expense. With a higher sales price, you and I both benefit. 

If you are relocating from out of the area, and cannot be present for showings, you can feel confident in your purchase through the in-depth videos I provide you, that break down the home piece by piece. You will see every detail, every upgrade, every flaw of the home. I will focus on not only helping you understand the layout, but will show and talk you through the condition of the space, the feel of it, the materials and processes used to build, upgrade or repair the home and what condition everything is in. I test fixtures, open cabinets, drawers and doors, explore under/above (if accessible) and all around the exterior of the home. At the end of the process, I want you to walk in to your new home and feel as though I represented it accurately, so there are no unwelcomed surprises.

A little about Tina

I was born and raised right here, so I’ve seen the island grow and transform over the last 35 years – I love Whidbey, and plan to continue to call it home for many years to come. I have a 9 year old daughter, Ambria, and adopted our 7 year old daughter, Amalie, in 2016 on her second birthday! I enjoy snowboarding and traveling, and have played the piano for over 30 years.
